There are very few places which give you an experience of oneness with ancient souls. Egypt is the most emotionally moving of these iconic countries. From the oriental markets in Cairo, to the Pyramids to the mysterious Sphinx, there is a feeling in the pit of your stomach that you are somehow connected. We fly to Abu Simbel to see the magical Temples of Ramses II & Nefertari. Then it's on to Aswan to board our First Class Nile Cruise. We visit all the important sites as we float past villages built on the green shores that end with the Sahara sands. Women's Travel Group specials are: our private archaeologist, dinner in a private home, and a visit to women's workshops along the way.
For those historians in the group, there is an option to go to Alexandria.
