Today, depart for Munnar, Kerala's cool and inviting hill station at an elevation of 5000 - 8000 feet. Enjoy the excellent scenery en route. Arrive and check in at the hotel.(B)
This morning after breakfast we head for a half-day tour of Munnar, visiting the world's highest tea estates spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills all around - a place to be seen to be believed. Today you will also visit Tata Tea Museum located in Munnar, a delightful town for tea lovers and tourists where tea plantations abound in Kerala's high mountain ranges. (B)
Depart for Thekkady this morning.This unique wildlife sanctuary is about 300 square miles and centered around an artificial lake fed by the Periyar River. Afternoon enjoy spice plantation tour. (B)
Enjoy the varied flora and fauna, cruising along the waterways of this tropical ecological reserve. Later depart for Kumarakom to experience the backwaters and waterways, with the rich culture and active lifestyle of the region. (B)
Cruise along the canals and lagoons which create and maintain the ecological balance in this region. Take advantage of a free afternoon to experience an Ayurvedic therapeutic massage or enjoy a fishing expedition. (B)
Late this morning drive back to Cochin Airport to board the flight to onward destination.
