Depart for the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in My Tho, you will enjoy a boat cruise along the river. Enjoy tea and taste home-grown fruits before taking an exciting ride to visit a local a family-run business making coconut candies. Board the boat and cruise to An Khanh for a sampan journey along the narrow, tree-lined canals for further exploration of the Mekong Delta. Have your lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the mainland at My Tho. On the return trip to Ho Chi Minh City, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda if time permits. Return to Ho Chi Minh City by the late afternoon. [Lunch]

Drive to Cai Be and take a boat cruise to the Cai Be River. You will have a chance to observe the lively activities of local merchants trading their produce from laden vessels. Visit a village where you will see some family run businesses that produce rice cakes and rice paper. After eating lunch at a local house, you will proceed to Binh Hoa Phuoc islet for a sampan ride before disembarking at Vinh Long for your drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. [Lunch]

Leave Ho Chi Minh City for Tien Giang province. Upon arrival, cross the river and walk along Cai Thia canal to visit the My Luong temple, then take a boat across the river for a cycling journey with stops by a rice paper making place and a traditional Mekong Delta house. Board your boat and have your lunch while cruising to Cai Be. Visit local sweet workshop then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City or your next destination. [Lunch]

Ba Ria is situated approximately 75km from Ho Chi Minh City near the coast. Pay a visit to the little town and then continue to the former Australian military base at Nui Dat and the Long Tan battle site. Afterwards, proceed to the coastal resort town of Vung Tau. Visit the White Villa, the impressive Jesus Statue and the picturesque Back Beach before returning to Saigon in the late afternoon. [Lunch]
